Filtration specialists, Axium Process, now have the ability to design, test, fabricate and commission customised and unique process membrane filtration systems in house. Operating primarily in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries, the company’s filtration capabilities range from the design and build of mobile membrane pilot plants through to fully automatic systems of more than 2000m 2 membrane area.

The company’s team of highly skilled engineers have over 150 man years of membrane filtration experience, using microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration and reverse osmosis technologies. They offer project design and management expertise as well as product and process development, technical and training support.

Where traceability is paramount, Axium Process offers full material certification, weld maps, logs and weld procedures. The company also provides certificated surface finishes to 0.10 µm Ra as well as passivation, dye penetrant testing and ferroxyl certification. In addition, Axium Process is an ISO 9001:2000 registered company and operates rigorous procedures to ensure that all aspects of material selection, production, packaging and delivery conform to customer requirements.

As well as the manufacture of membrane filtration systems, Axium Process also manufactures its own range of stainless steel filters, sample valves and sightglasses as well as stocking a comprehensive range of hygienic stainless steel fittings including plain-ended, clamp, RJT, DIN and SMS unions, valves, sprayballs and tank manways.
