Pilot Plants
Our range of mobile membrane filtration plants, process database and technical expertise is available for customers wishing to evaluate membrane technology as an option for manufacturing or purification of waste treatment processes.
Pilot plant trials are essential to obtain real data for quoting a commercial plant, as well as building confidence and for the customer to bcome familiar with the technologies.
Trials can be conducted at our Swansea facility or at our customers' site, however for reasons of product stability and freshness, we prefer where possible, to operate trials at our customers' premises. This also provides an opportunity for the customer to gain first hand experience with membrane operations using his own feed material.
We can provide:
| Transport of one of our pilot plants to and from your site (normally crated) |
| The supply of the required membrane (or membranes, if a comparative trial is to be undertaken) |
| The services of an experienced trials engineer for the duration of the trial |
| Detailed operating and maintenance instructions, together with operator training whilst the plant is on site |
| Operation of the plant, recording of data and production of samples during the trial |
| A detailed report on the trial, indicating limitations and conclusions |
