Stainless steel chemical fittings, fabrication and process components

The increasingly stringent requirements of the chemical and fine chemical industries, mean that stainless steel fittings traditionally associated with the hygienic industries are now being used to ensure the integrity of refined chemicals is maintained throughout the manufacturing and storage process. Materials technology is also key to minimising and preventing corrosion and chemical attack. Consequently exotic alloys such as 904L, Monel 400 and a range of Hastelloy^® alloys are being used more frequently to complement traditional Austenitic alloys such as 304 and 316 stainless steel.

We offer a range of flexible hose options to complement our range of fittings and fabrications. Chemicals such as ketones, acids, alkalis and esters can be safely transported, processed and contained using PTFE and stainless steel hoses, stainless steel vessels and pipework.
