IDF (International Dairy Federation) stainless steel fittings are manufactured in accordance with BS 4825: Part 4. (1991) - These fittings are widely used throughout the UK dairy and food industries as internally the fitting provides a smooth and uninterrupted flow surface.

RJT (Ring Joint Type) stainless steel fittings are manufactured to BS 4825 part 5 (1991) and are a popular standard of fittings used by dairy processors due to its robust design and ability to take up slight misalignment in process pipework.

Clamp Fittings – ½" - 12" encompassing most of the internationally recognised standards. 1" - 4" are manufactured to BS 4825 : Part 3. Clamp unions offer a crevice free design that is quick and easy to assemble without the use of tools.

Filters – 4” and 6” triangular wire – hygienic and robust design providing product consistency and smoothness with very little maintenance. Jacketed and duplex options. Punched screens and mesh filters available.

Manways – various designs offering a hygienic opening to milk tankers, silos and other types of process vessels and tanks. A range of ancillary equipment is also available including stainless steel sprayballs designed for tank washing duties.

Valves – manual and actuated butterfly valves and hygienic sample valves.
